Power flushing
Boiler Servicing
Annual Gas Safe boiler servicing for homes, landlords and managed properties — inspected, cleaned, tested and recorded.

Gas Safety Checks

Gas safety checks
Power flushing is our speciality — and we don’t rush it.
We use professional Kamco flushing equipment, powerful magnets, system heaters and thermal imaging to find and clear problem areas. Because we’re Gas Safe registered, we can safely open the boiler and flush the heat exchanger too — something non-registered installers are not permitted to do.
- We stay until the system runs clean — not until the clock runs out
- Flushed to BS 7593 best practice — certificate available on request
- MagnaClean filter fitting to protect the system long term
- Honest advice — if a flush isn’t the answer, we’ll tell you
What our customers say
Truly amazing service. British Gas “serviced” the boiler and 4 hours later it stopped working, and they won’t flush radiators. Booked Chris to flush the whole system — the water that came out was black, full of rust and debris. The system has never worked so well; we’ve been able to turn the boiler settings down. On time, no mess, first class job for a realistic price.
Top service, on time and professional. Got a boiler service and compared to an insurance-provided service it was a different league. Can’t fault it and will happily use again next year.
I’d been having issues with several radiators not working. Chris power flushed my system, then returned for a two-day period to flush each radiator in turn until he finally cleared all the blockages. Every radiator is now red hot. I cannot fault his work ethic and he cleaned up after each visit.
