Truly amazing service. British Gas “serviced” the boiler and 4 hours later it stopped working, and they won’t flush radiators. Booked Chris to flush the whole system — the water that came out was black, full of rust and debris. The system has never worked so well; we’ve been able to turn the boiler settings down. On time, no mess, first class job for a realistic price.

I’d been having issues with several radiators not working. Chris power flushed my system, then returned for a two-day period to flush each radiator in turn until he finally cleared all the blockages. Every radiator is now red hot. I cannot fault his work ethic and he cleaned up after each visit.

Top service, on time and professional. Got a boiler service and compared to an insurance-provided service it was a different league. Can’t fault it and will happily use again next year.

Today we had a power flush — unbelievable how much sludge came out of our small heating system. The magnetic filters had to be cleaned 3 times. Very thorough, very tidy, and he made sure each radiator was flowing with clean clear water.
